Dr. Jane A. Cases, M.D.

Dr. Jane A. Cases, M.D. is the medical director and sole proprietor of Wellness 360, which is located in the heart of the historic city of Marietta, Ohio. A Cum Laude graduate of the University of Santo Tomas Faculty of Medicine and Surgery, she is Board Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and by the American Board of Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism.

She is a member of the American Board of Internal Medicine, the Endocrine Society, the American Thyroid Association, the American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists, the European Association for the Study of Diabetes, the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine, and a member of the International Cell Medicine Society. She is a certified Authorized User of Radioactive Iodine: Diagnosis and Therapy; certified by the American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists in Thyroid Ultrasound/ Thyroid FNA Biopsy and Endocrine Coder; and certified by Hologic and the International Society for Clinical Densitometry in Bone Densitometry and Vertebral Fracture Assessment.

Dr. Cases has received training in: Molecular Endocrinology Research; Nuclear Physics and Medicine; Diabetes Patient Education; Thyroid Cytopathology; Thyroid Ultrasonography; Radioimmunoassay Determination of Endocrine Hormones (Human); Clinical Epidemiology; Anti-Aging, Functional and Regenerative Medicine (completed Fellowship and Board Certification requirements); Aesthetic Medicine (completed Fellowship); Botulinum Toxin Injection, Facial Filler Injection, Laser and Light Procedures; BodySculpture; Cell-Assisted Orthopedic Injections (Fat Stem Cell and PRP); Stem Cell Harvesting and Isolation Techniques; Cell-Assisted Facial Fat Injections (Fat Stem Cell and PRP); and AdiStem Stem Cell treatments.

During her medical training, she had a rotating internship at the University of the Philippines Manila—Philippine General Hospital and an internship in Internal Medicine at Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx, New York, where she also completed her residency in Internal Medicine. She completed numerous fellowships in specialties including: endocrinology and metabolism; metabolic, anti-aging and functional approach to endocrinology and other specialty areas; bio-identical hormone replacement therapy; botanical treatment; intravenous nutrition for anti-aging therapy; cosmetic use of Botuliunum Toxin A; use of hyaluronic acid fillers for facial enhancement; use of laser and light in aesthetic medicine; procedural training in chemical peels and sclerotherapy; body contouring using noninvasive laser and light devices and mesotherapy, liposculpture; and homeopathy, homotoxicology and oligotherapy.

She has researched the effect of visceral fat and fat mass on the molecular physiology of impaired glucose homeostasis in aging; the effect of Leptin on insulin secretion; and the characterization of the nutrient sensing system in fat that activates the angiotensinogen system — its role in obesity-related hypertension.

In addition to leading a team of professionals at the Wellness 360 Center, Dr. Cases serves as the Medical Director for the Marietta Health Systems Diabetes Center, and as an Endocrine and Diabetes Specialist for Marietta Health Care Physicians. She has served as an Assistant Professor in Ohio University’s College of Osteopathic Medicine, a Clinical Instructor on the faculty of Medicine and Surgery for the University of Santo Tomas, and a Diabetes, Endocrinology and Metabolism Consultant for St. Luke’s Medical Center.
